Art for change is a non profits organisation started by one of Rwanda’s prominent artists Hodari Ganza using his art to change the lives of street children. Its vision is to be the go-to community leader in building the street kids ability, knowledge, to promote and protect the rights of children in street situations and other vulnerable children to enable them live meaningfully by contributing to their social-economic welfare. The project advocates and delivers innovative programs to street kids. Through its street and community outreach, art for change reaches out to children in under served communities with high rates of child labour, child abuse, child neglect and exploitation. It provides them with care protection and supports them in education through a rehabilitation process that also involves reunification with their families.
