These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“the User”) use of the Inshuti arts and culture center Ltd (“Provider”) website located at the domain name www.inshutiarts.com (“the Website”). By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute Content obtained on the website for marketing and other purposes without the consent of the Provider.
E-Commerce & Privacy
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
Delivery policy
Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery. The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User’s chosen delivery address in the same good order.
Return policy
Although not usually charged, we reserve the right to charge a 25% administration fee for returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses. on receiving your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase, or it is damaged in transit, you must notify our team within fourteen (14) working days of receiving your goods. We would prefer you to telephone us with details of your complaint on +250782204413, but you may also email us at inshutiarts@gmail.com, on the other hand if you are not delighted with your purchase, notify us within 7 days and we will gladly collect it at your expense and provide you with a refund provided the item is in its original condition and original packaging.
Cancellation policy
We would prefer you to telephone us on +250782204413 to cancel your order. You may also email us at inshutiarts@gmail.com or complete the Customer Order Notification Cancellation form, and return it to us at inshutiarts@gmail.com. note that much as we accept cancellation request(s) within a weeks’ time [of placing the order. A full refund will be initiated in this case if the transaction was paid in cash form for electronic modes of payment all transaction charges will fall on the consumer before refunds.
No cancellation request will be accepted after 2 hours of placing the order meaning no refund will be made in this case.
For a customized artwork, we can only consider a cancellation request if the following conditions are met: If an artist has not started working on your project, If the artist has not started work on your ordered mural or painting.
Choice of Law
This Website is controlled, operated and administered by Provider from its offices within the Republic of Rwanda. Access to the Website from territories or countries where the content or purchase of the products sold on the Website is prohibited. The User may not use this Website in violation of Rwandan export laws and regulations. If the User accesses this Website from locations outside of Rwanda, that User is responsible for compliance with all local laws. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, and the User consents to the jurisdiction of the Rwanda High Court in the event of any dispute. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of these Terms and Conditions, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Provider and the User with regard to the use of the Content and this Website.
